seat chart • flyer - Redesign a "Seating Chart" and a "Group Sales Discount Flyer" for a Theatre.
I worked closely with Group Sales Reps and I overheard their incoming sales calls. Customers are calling the reps to fulfill orders. Customers had many questions and sometimes got frustrated because the old flyers were not as informative as they should have been. These calls were shortened drastically by the new more informative flyers. On these new flyers are detailed information: Show Dates/Times/Prices and Discounts and a coinciding color coded simplified seating chart. This replaces "Showing Sept. 4 -15 - Save up to $5 per seat." This new flyer prevented calls like "I want to come Saturday Night, and save $5 off the best seats" which was never an option, and right there would take about 10 minutes to describe how they could save $5 per seat on the least expensive seats on a Thursday night.

fax form - Here's a neat little faxform that pre-qualifies the prospective buyer. The company receives this fax, evaluates it, and then calls the prospective buyer, armed with a good deal of information regarding the prospective buyer's needs
